登录到Joomla后台，点击“Install From Web”。超时后，显示：
“Can't connect to the Joomla! server. Please try again later.”
如何解决：
how to fix it (bevor the new client comes)
- open: https://github.com/joomla-extensions/install-from-web-client/pull/3.diff
- access you webspace e.g. via FTP
- open this file: JRoot/plugins/installer/webinstaller/webinstaller.php
- change the line 27:
public $appsBaseUrl = 'http://appscdn.joomla.org/webapps/';
to
public $appsBaseUrl = 'https://appscdn.joomla.org/webapps/';
But atm the install from web is disabled too so the Install from Web tab don't work and will display a message instead.
